The majority of the hype surrounding BioWare currently is focused on the upcoming release of Dragon Age: Inquisition, however, Mass Effect is still hoping to continue its life into the new generation. Chilean retailer Zmart Games has listed the Mass Effect Trilogy on their website which will become available for PS4 and Xbox One. No release date or price currently accompanies the listings, however, it’s a move that has been acknowledged by BioWare before.

Releasing the original trilogy for the new consoles is a very logical move considering the fact that BioWare is currently hard at work on the brand new Mass Effect title. And while the new game may not include Shepard, the save files from the trilogy may influence the next game.
In addition, people have been questioning if the re-release will include DLC, but no specific information has come forth yet. For some, just knowing that the trilogy should continue its life into the new generation consoles is enough. Hopefully more official information will be released soon.
