Legend of Korra, the story that stemmed from the very popular Avatar: The Last Airbender series on Nickelodeon, is getting a new video game. Platinum Games, also behind titles such as Bayonetta 2, is creating the new title as a third-person combat game. The story, which takes place between the Legend of Korra’s second and third season, will allow players to take charge as Korra who will have to use her Avatar abilities to battle against enemies such as Chi Blockers and Mecha Tanks. Players will also be able to use these powers in a 3-on-3 Pro Bending arena.
The downloadable game will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3 this fall. A turn-based strategy version of the game will be released for 3DS this year as well.
